One of the co-founders at Matrix, Mr. Rajendra Burdak, has been training students for JEE Main & Advanced since 2008. He is one of the most senior faculty members at Matrix across all departments and is greatly respected for his maturity by both teachers and students alike. Before co-founding Matrix, he taught Mathematics for IIT-JEE & AIEEE at some of the well-known institutes across the country.

An engineer by education, he has made it a mission to ensure that no deserving student is left behind due to a lack of the right guidance and education. Hence, apart from teaching Mathematics, he is also actively involved in student welfare activities, such as counseling students and helping them realize their potential.
