Fee Structure for Academic Session 2025-26

Gokulpura Residential Campus- CBSE School Fee Structure

Fee Notes:

1. Summer uniforms and books/study materials will be given without any extra charges. Students would need to purchase winter uniforms separately for INR 4000.
2. Registration Fee (only for new admissions) is INR 5000 which is non-refundable. If student wishes to appear for scholarship test, INR 200 will be charged for the test.
3. For direct admission to grade X or XII (CBSE), an additional fee of INR 10,000 will be charged.
4. The tuition fee for Olympiad batches will be INR 15,000 over and above the regular schooling fee.

Fee Deposit Plan:

1. 1st Installment: At the time of admission.
2. 2nd Installment: 3 months from the admission date or by July 2025 (whichever is later).
3. 3rd Installment: To be deposited before 30th October, 2025.
4. For late deposition of fee, the penalty would be INR 100 per day. Student will be deprived to attend school if fee is due after multiple reminders. No exception would be entertained in this regard.

Rebates:

1. 10% sibling concession would be offered to the 2nd child. The concession would be only offered if both students are in MHS.
2. INR 5,000 extra rebate will be offered for the ward of serving and retired defense personnel.
3. 5% concession will be offered if the entire fee is deposited at the time of admission or session change.

Admission, Refund & Scholarship Policy:

1. All scholarships obtained through the scholarship test/Matrix Olympiad/M-SAT are valid for 1st year only. For subsequent years, the scholarships would be based on academic performance at MHS only. If a student qualifies for more than one scholarship, only one scholarship with the highest amount will be applicable.
2. No refunds will be issued after 21 days. If a student decides to withdraw his/her admission within 21 days, one month's hostel fee (in case the student is hosteler) and 10% of the overall tuition fee and study material, uniform etc will be deducted and the rest will be refunded through RTGS/Bank transfer only.
3. Scholarships/Rebates are awarded assuming that the students availing the scholarships/rebates will bring laurels to the school. Hence, any scholarships/rebates offered in classes IX and XI will be applicable only if the student continues class X and XII in MHS. If student withdraws admission at the end of IX or XI, any scholarships/rebates given in those classes will be null and void.

Please Note : 40% of the total fee to be paid at the time of admission or renewal and 30-30% to be paid along with 2nd and 3rd Installment respectively.

Scholarships for Class XI students based on Class X Board performance

Scholarship Notes:

1. Scholarships based on Matrix Olympiad: Applicable as mentioned in scholarship letter.
2. Up to 90% of scholarships are available for students in classes 6 to 10, based on the Admission test taken at the time of admission. The scholarship tests are adaptive computer-based assessments.
3. The percentage of the first five subjects in class X CBSE will be taken into consideration while disbursing scholarship to XI and XII students.
