Fee Notes:

1. Summer uniforms and books/study materials will be provided at no additional cost. However, students must purchase shoes and winter uniforms separately for INR 4000.
2. For new admissions, there is a registration fee of INR 5000. If a student chooses to take a scholarship test, a fee of INR 200 will be applicable.
3. For direct admission to grade X or XII (CBSE), an additional fee of INR 10,000 will be charged.
4. The tuition fee for Olympiad batches will be INR 14,000 in addition to the regular schooling fee.

Fee Deposit Plan:

1. 1st Installment: Payable at the time of admission.
2. 2nd Installment: Due 3 months from the admission date or by July 2024 (whichever is later).
3. 3rd Installment: Must be deposited before 30th October, 2024.

A penalty of INR 100 per day will be imposed for late fee payments.

Rebates:

1. A 10% sibling concession will be provided for the 2nd child if both students are enrolled at MHS.
2. An additional INR 4,000 rebate will be given to the children of serving and retired defense personnel.
3. A 5% concession will be granted if the entire fee is paid at the time of admission or session change.

Admission, Refund & Scholarship Policy:

1. All scholarships obtained through the scholarship test/Matrix Olympiad/M-SAT are applicable for 1st year only. For subsequent years, scholarships will be based on academic performance at MHS. If a student qualifies for multiple scholarships, only the one with the highest amount will apply. No refunds will be issued after 21 days.
2. If a student decides to withdraw their admission within 21 days, a deduction of one month's hostel fee (for hostellers) and 10% of the overall tuition fee will occur. The remaining amount will be refunded through RTGS/Bank transfer only. No refund will be made if withdrawn after 21 days.
3. Scholarships are granted with the expectation that students will bring honor to the school. Therefore, scholarships awarded in classes IX and XI will be valid only if the student continues in classes X and XII at MHS. If a student withdraws admission at the end of IX or XI, any scholarships received in those classes will be void.

Note:

1. An additional charge of INR 25,000 is applicable for a triple-sharing centrally air-cooled room with an attached washroom.
2. For a double-sharing centrally air-cooled room with an attached washroom, there is an extra charge of INR 40,000.
3. If you opt for a triple-sharing Air-Conditioning (AC) room, an additional charge of INR 45,000 is applicable.

2. Scholarships based on Matrix Olympiad: Applicable as mentioned in scholarship letter.

3. Up to 90% of scholarships are available for students in classes 6 to 10, based on the admission test taken during the admission process. The scholarship tests are adaptive, computer-based assessments.

Scholarship Notes:

• If a student qualifies for multiple scholarships, they can only choose one that offers the maximum benefits. Students are allowed to avail themselves of up to one scholarship under any circumstances.
• The percentage of the first five subjects in class X CBSE will be considered when awarding scholarships to students in classes XI and XII.
